Icons and abbreviations

The icons and abbreviations that you see in One Net Call Centre depend on the edition that you have.

Icons

Some icons might be surrounded by a blue box. This means the option is active. For example, the call waiting button has a blue box to show that call waiting is active .

Note

White or light-coloured icons are shown below in black.

This conference call is active

Configure the settings for a specific area of One Net Call Centre

Add or edit information

Save contact to outlook icon

Save contact to your Microsoft® Outlook® contacts list

voicemail icon

Next to your name: you have a voicemail message

Next to a contact: you can leave a voicemail message for that contact

Block all calls icon

Next to your name: all calls are blocked

Next to a contact: do not disturb with calls

Forward all calls icon

Next to your name: all calls are forwarded

Next to a contact: forwarding a call

Edit chat status message icon

Add or edit your chat status message

Forced forwarding icon

Forced forwarding mode is active. Select to change the service mode.

Chat availability icons

Chat availability icons can appear near your name to show your availability, or next to the name of a friend to show their availability.
