Making calls from applications with focus or application dialling

Although focus dialling and application dialling use different rules to recognise phone numbers, you make calls from applications the same way for both methods.

If you're using application dialling and you can't see the dialling controls, One Net Click2Dial might not recognise the field containing the phone number. Teach One Net Click2Dial the application field, or activate focus dialling.

To call a phone number you see in an application

Note: you must have a desk phone or be logged in to the One Net app to make a call.

  1. Move the pointer over the phone number.

  2. Select application dialling icon.

One Net Click2Dial starts the call and shows you a notification at the bottom right of your screen.

  3. If you use One Net app to make calls, select Audio.
  4. To end the call from One Net Click2Dial select end call icon from the notification. You can also end the call as normal from One Net app or your phone.
