What do I need to do after the administrator has personalised my desk phone?

When your administrator has finished personalising your desk phone, you need to refresh the configuration file on the phone. The easiest way to do this is to reboot the desk phone. For details, see the manufacturer's instructions.

Personalising settings directly on your snom desk phone

Note

Don't personalise settings locally on your desk phone.

Your desk phone downloads and refreshes your configuration file every day. This means that anything you set locally on your desk phone, using the phone's buttons and menu, will be deleted.

Always ask your administrator to personalise your desk phone in One Net Manager.
