You use a snom desk phone exactly as you would use any other desk phone. You make and receive calls in the same way you are used to, the call just connects over the internet instead of a phone line. Your desk phone interacts with One Net Business

There are several features of your desk phone that interact directly with One Net Business.

  • You can use Feature Access Codes (FACs) to do tasks including pulling a call onto your desk phone, parking a call or switching call forwarding on and off.
  • Some buttons of your desk phone interact with specific One Net Business services.
  • Your desk phone has direct access to your One Net Business call history and your organisation's phone book, so you always see the latest information.
  • You can personalise the programmable buttons of your desk phone using One Net Manager.

Who is the snom D785 for?

The snom D785 is an advanced desk phone suitable for specialist users. This desk phone is also ideal for use as an executive, assistant, receptionist, call centre agent and call centre supervisor.
