Managing your faxes

You can view and search the faxes you’ve sent and received, remove faxes you don't need, save a fax as a PDF file and re-send a fax that failed to send.

To search your faxes

  1. Select the Search tab.
  2. For a simple search, select to view:
    • All faxes, all sent faxes or all received faxes
    • A date range to filter on
  3. Select the Advanced search button to add more search filters:
    • Status: choose between faxes that were transmitted successfully or that failed to transmit.
    • Subject: enter text to search for in the subject field.
    • From: enter a fax number or email address to search for in received faxes.
    • To: enter a fax number or email address to search for in sent faxes.
  4. Select Search.
  5. Select column headings to choose ascending or descending order.
  6. Move the pointer over Status to see additional information about the transmission.

To save a fax as a PDF

  1. Search for the fax you want to save as a PDF.
  2. Select the fax in the search results.
  3. Select Download icon.

To delete a fax

  1. Search for the fax you want to delete.
  2. Select the fax in the search results.
  3. Select Delete icon.

To re-send a fax

If a fax failed to send for a technical reason, for example, if the destination fax machine was unreachable, you can re-send the fax.

Note: You cannot re-send a fax that failed because of an invalid email address or fax number.

  1. Search for the fax you want to re-send.
  2. Select the fax in the search results.
  3. Select Resend icon.
