Toolbar

The Toolbar is a dockable user interface. Thanks to the Toolbar, you can control your telephone set. You have access to basic features and call centre agent features.

To access the Toolbar

  1. In the system tray, right-click .
  2. Select Toolbar.

The following table explains the available options. Some options are available only for call centre agents.

CRM integration

On the left hand side, you can see the available CRM integration features, such as caller preview or contact popping. You can also see the extension and the name of the queue.

Disposition

You can set a call disposition code while you are either in a queue call or in a wrap-up state.

This option is available only for call centre agents.

Make call

You can make a call.

Pickup

You can answer a call within your pickup call group.

Answer

You can answer a call only using your own device.

You can't use this option directly from Go Integrator.

Hangup

You can hang up a call.

Hold

You can put a call on hold.

Consult

You can make an announced (assisted, consulted) transfer.

Transfer

You can make an unannounced (blind) transfer.

Outgoing as

You can select the outgoing Dialled Number Identification Service (DNIS) presented to the user you are calling.

This option is available only for call centre agents. This option is available only in Call Centre Premium.

Availability selection

You can select your availability status.

This option is available only for call centre agents.

Assistance

While in a call, you can use the Assistance function to escalate the call to your supervisors.

This option is available only for call centre agents.

Queues

You can view information about your queues. You can also join and leave queues.

This option is available only for call centre agents.

Docking and positioning

To move the Toolbar

  1. Select and hold .
  2. Drag and drop the Toolbar.

To dock/undock the Toolbar

  • Select .
Note

The docking feature is available only for Windows® 8 and 10.
