Checking forwarding site calls
An administrator can use the forwarding site calls service to forward calls for some or all users at a site to a different phone number at certain times, for example out of business hours.
As a user, you can check whether the service is active, but you can't change the service settings. If the service is active, you can see the forwarding number.
Contact your administrator if you want to change whether the forwarding site calls service is active for your calls.
To check whether forwarding site calls is active
- Select Anrufdienste > Gruppenanrufe umleiten – Nachtschaltung.
