Assigning users to a department

Information for administrators

Enterprise and site administrators can assign users to any departments within their organisations.

To assign users to a department

  1. Select the required site from Standort.
  2. Select Standortprofil > Standort-Informationen > Rufnummern.

    All the users for the site are displayed. You can filter this list using the search fields.

  3. For each user that you want to assign to a department, select the department from the list.
