About One Net Mobility

One Net Mobility enables a user's mobile phone to be integrated with their One Net Business service so they can use the same phone number and voicemail service. If the user has other devices or users sharing their line, One Net Mobility also controls which devices ring when they receive a call.

Call anchoring

When you activate call anchoring for a mobile that is part of One Net Business service, all calls to and from the mobile go through One Net Business. If there are occasions when users don't want their mobile to be part of their One Net Business service, they have to disable call anchoring, either permanently or only for certain time periods.

When call anchoring is disabled, calls on a user's mobile phone show their mobile phone number and not their One Net Business phone number. The user's One Net Business features and settings can't be used.

Setting up One Net Mobility for a user

Administrators can activate the One Net Business mobile service for users and configure settings, such as call anchoring, phone alerting or caller ID for each mobile phone registered in One Net Business.

Activating One Net Mobility

To activate One Net Mobility for a user

  1. Select Benutzer einrichten.
  2. Select Bearbeiten for the user you want to activate the service for.
  3. In Vodafone-Handy-Nummer, enter the user's mobile phone number.
  4. In Kundennummer Mobilfunk, enter the contract number that the user's mobile phone number is assigned to.

    The One Net Mobility service becomes active and can be configured.

To deactivate One Net Mobility for a user

  1. Select Benutzer einrichten.
  2. Select Bearbeiten for the user you want to deactivate the service for.
  3. In Vodafone-Handy-Nummer, remove the user's mobile phone number.
  4. In Kundennummer Mobilfunk, enter the contract number that the user's mobile phone number is assigned to.

Configuring One Net Mobility

To configure One Net Mobility for a user

  1. Select the user from Benutzer.
  2. Select Anrufdienste > One Net Mobility > Bearbeiten.
  3. Enter the required settings.

To configure One Net Mobility for a mobile phone

  1. Select Anrufdienste > Mobilfunk-Integration > Anzeigen.

    Any mobile phones that are part of the user's One Net Business service are listed.

  2. Select Bearbeiten for the mobile phone you want to change.
  3. Enter the settings for the mobile phone.
