Contacts
Phone books
From your One Net app, you can see details of the people in your organisation's main phone book. From the phone book, you can call or chat with them. You can also add them to friends or to your One Net contact list.
Apart from the main phone book, you can also have a personal phone book. You use your personal phone book to store phone numbers for other contacts.
Your One Net contact list
If you contact some people more often than others, you can add them to your One Net contact list, to keep them at hand. You can then make them favourites, add them to groups, add them to friends, change their details or remove them from your One Net contact list.

Favourites
When you've added people to your One Net contact list, you can select the ones you contact the most and mark them as favourites. Favourites appear in a separate section at the top of your One Net contact list.
Groups
You can add your personal contacts into groups, so you can start group chats or calls with everyone in the group. You must create a group before you can add people to it.
Conference contacts
If you make conference calls regularly, you can store details of the conference dial‑in number and PIN in your One Net contact list, as conference contacts.

Friends
Your friends are the people you agree to share your availability status with. The first time you use the One Net app, you may not see any friends, unless you have created some in another One Net application.
