Managing My Room conference participants

This feature is available only on Mac® and PC.
If you are the owner of a My Room conference, you can manage the conference participants.
Managing individual participants
As the owner of a My Room conference, you can:
- See which participant is currently speaking
- Mute or unmute individual participants
- Dismiss individual participants from the conference

- Right-click a participant's name on the participant list.
- Select Mute participant.

- Right-click a participant's name on the participant list.
- Select Unmute participant.

- Right-click a participant's name on the participant list.
- Select Dismiss participant.
Managing all participants
As the owner of a My Room conference, you can:
- Dismiss all participants
- Mute or unmute all participants
- Lock or unlock My Room for any additional participants

- Right-click your own name at the top of the participant list.
- Select Mute all.

- Right-click your own name at the top of the participant list.
- Select Unmute all.

- Right-click your own name at the top of the participant list.
- Select Dismiss all.
