About managing calls

When you are on a call, you can:

  • transfer the call to someone else
  • park the call and retrieve it from another device
  • move a call from one device to another
  • put the call on hold

You can use the One Net app to control what happens to calls when you don't want to be disturbed or if you don't answer. For example, you can block all incoming calls or you can forward incoming calls to another number. You can divert calls when you are busy on a call, if you can't answer or are unreachable because of a technical problem.

You can view details of calls and chats that you have made or received, in the communication history window. It shows numbers and contact names for all your chats and the calls you have made, received or missed. You can also start a call or chat from this list.
