Making and answering calls

When you're logged to One Net Integrator, you can answer all incoming calls from your desktop. You can also make calls straight from the application window, from the Presence window, from the contact records, or from the content copied to your clipboard.

Handset requirement

If you're required to make and answer calls from One Net Integrator, you need to register a handset as your primary audio device.

To call a contact from One Net Integrator

  1. In the box at the bottom of the main application window, enter the number or extension of the contact you want to call.

    Searching happens in real time.

  2. In the list, highlight the contact.
  3. Select .

To call a contact from the Presence window

  1. In the Presence window, search for the contact you want to call.
  2. Highlight the contact.
  3. Select .

To make a clipboard call

  1. With clipboard dialling enabled, copy the phone number you want to call.

    In the bottom-right corner of your screen, a window pops up.

  2. Select the window to make the call.

To answer a call

  • In the incoming call window, select .

To view a contact record

  • In the incoming or active call window, select an icon of the CRM or database application where you want to see the full details of your contact.

To make a call from the contact record

  • In the contact record window, select the 'make a call' icon next to the phone number you want to call.

To put a call on hold

  • In the active call window, select .

To resume a held call

  • In the active call window, select .
