Setting up One Net Integrator

To get the best out of One Net Integrator, you can customise your settings in the Configuration menu. One Net Integrator allows you, for example, to choose the preferred calling methods, set up call events and custom tones, or select which applications you want to integrate.

To access the Configuration menu

  1. In the system tray, right-click .
  2. Select Configuration.

To integrate CRM and database applications with One Net Integrator

  1. In the INTEGRATION section, select Add new.
  2. From the list, select the application you want to integrate.
  3. Select Set.
  4. Enter the necessary details.

To set One Net Integrator to start automatically with Windows®

  1. In the GENERAL section, select Interface.
  2. Select Start automatically with Windows.

To choose the calling methods for One Net Integrator

  1. In the GENERAL section, select Dialing.
  2. Select the calling methods you want to use.

To configure call events

  1. In the EVENTS section, select Call events.
  2. Select the actions you want to take place on calls that are incoming, outgoing and in progress.

To set custom tones for calls

  1. In the EVENTS section, select Call events.
  2. Select and open the sound file you want to assign for incoming or waiting calls.
Note

Format and length

Only WAV and MID files are supported.

To avoid issues, the tone needs to be shorter than ten seconds.
