Please note that One Net Manager settings aren't currently available. Company administrators may email requests for changes to settings to Vodacom One Net Support on 0821951@vodacom.co.za.

One Net Manager is a self-care web portal that lets you set up and manage your One Net Business service.

New to One Net Manager?

If this is your first time using One Net Manager, here's something to get you started.

Managing your calls

You can set up how you want to handle your calls. For example, you can forward calls when you're busy or unavailable, reject anonymous calls and set up distinctive ringtones to identify important callers.

Managing your contacts

Phone numbers for your colleagues and other contacts are stored in your organisation's phone book. You can set up speed dial numbers for the numbers you use the most.

Managing your privacy

You can set up privacy options, such as choosing whether your contact details appear in your organisation's phone book and withholding your caller ID on your calls.

Managing your voicemail

You can set up your personal voicemail greetings and options such as when you want your calls forwarded to voicemail.
