Authentication failed - error message
What's the problem?
When I tried to log in to the One Net app, it showed the error message Authentication failed.
Why does this happen?
You see this error message for one of the following reasons:
- You entered the incorrect username or password.
- You failed to log in five times and your account is locked for 24 hours.
- Your registration isn't complete.
What to do

Make sure you enter the correct username and password and try to log in again.

If your account is locked and you need to quickly restore access to the One Net app, reset your password:
- Open One Net Manager.
- Select Zugangsdaten vergessen?
- Select Internet-Passwort vergessen?
- Enter your username, mobile phone number or customer number and the security code, and then select Weiter.
You'll receive an email with the reset link.
- Select the reset link in the email to set your new password.

If the advice here doesn't work, contact your administrator.
