Why can't I use mid-call control?
What's the problem?
Mid-call control in the One Net app on my mobile phone doesn't work.
Why does this happen?
You can't use mid-call control for one of the following reasons:
- You haven't configured the service in your application.
- Vodafone hasn't activated the service for you yet.
What to do

Check if you've added a phone number in the One Net app call settings for One Net Mobility.

- In One Net Manager, select Anrufdienste.
- In the Anruf weiterleiten row, select Bearbeiten.
- Make sure that the Anklopfen aktivieren option is not selected.

Ask your administrator to check your call settings for you.
