Why is my Microsoft® Outlook® availability status always set to "Unavailable"?

What's the problem?

I integrated my One Net app with Microsoft Outlook, but my availability status in Microsoft Outlook is always set to "Unavailable".

Why does this happen?

In your organisation's Microsoft Outlook contact list, your instant message (IM) address is not the same as your email address.
