Why don't my call forwarding settings work?

What's the problem?

My incoming calls aren't being forwarded.

Why does this happen?

Your call forwarding settings don't work for one of the following reasons:

  • You or your administrator haven't configured the service in your One Net app or One Net Manager.
  • The Anklopfen aktivieren option for call transfers is active and prevents your calls from being forwarded.
