Installing the One Net app

The One Net app is an application that runs on your PC, Mac®, mobile or tablet, so you need to download and install it.

Supported operating systems

  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 (Classic view only)
  • Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan, 10.12 Sierra, 10.13 High Sierra
  • Android 4.2 or later
  • iOS 10.0 or later

We recommend the use of Open Graphics Library (OpenGL) 1.5 or later.

PC or Mac hardware

  • Free disk space: 215 MB on a PC or 125 MB on a Mac
  • For voice calls: a sound card, speakers and a microphone (or a headset)
  • For video calls: a web cam
  • 4 GB or more of random access memory (RAM)

    We recommend 6 GB or more of RAM for the One Net app with the Skype for Business integration.

  • 1.5 GHz or faster processor; we recommend a dual-core processor for video calls.

    We recommend 2.0 GHz i7 or faster processor for the One Net app with the Skype for Business integration.

  • For high-definition (HD) video: an HD camera, HD resolution support in the display hardware, a quad-core x86 or equivalent processor as a minimum and 2 GB RAM

Tablet or phone hardware

  • Android phone: dual core ARMv7 processor, 1 GB RAM, minimum screen resolution 320 x 480
  • Android tablet: dual core ARMv7 processor, 1 GB RAM, minimum screen resolution 1280 x 800
  • iPhone®: 5 or later model
  • iPad®: iPad 2 or later model

Outlook

For the One Net app to use the Outlook contacts directory, one of the supported versions must be installed:

  • Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2016 (32-bit or 64-bit editions)

Note

Desktop app installation

Make sure you uninstall any previous One Net desktop app versions before installing the latest release.

What do I need to do to get started?

When you've installed the One Net app, enter your One Net Business username and password on the login screen. Now you're ready to start making calls.
