Logging in and out

Note

Licence for the One Net app for desktop or tablet

If you want to use the One Net app for desktop or tablet, you need an additional licence. Ask your administrator to assign the correct licence to you.

Logging in

When you log in to the One Net app for the first time, you must enter your username and password.

Logging out

Resetting your password

If you forgot your password:

  1. Open One Net Manager.

    One Net Manager (link only works on PC or Mac®)

  2. Select Zugangsdaten vergessen?.
  3. Select Internet-Passwort vergessen.
  4. Enter your username, mobile phone number or customer number and the security code, and then select Weiter.

    You'll receive an email with the reset link.

  5. Select the reset link in the email to set your new password.

If that doesn't help, contact your administrator.

Resetting your username

If you forgot your username:

  1. Open One Net Manager.

    One Net Manager (link only works on PC or Mac®)

  2. Select Zugangsdaten vergessen?.
  3. Select Benutzernamen vergessen.
  4. Select Mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse.
  5. Enter your email address and the security code, and then select BESTÄTIGEN.

    You'll receive an email with your username.

If that doesn't help, contact your administrator.

PC and Mac login options

On PC and Mac, you can set the One Net app to start up the way you want:

  • Remember your password
  • Hide or show password characters on mobile devices
  • Log you in automatically when you start the app on your PC or Mac®
  • Start the One Net app automatically when you turn on your device
