Mid-call control
When you're on a call using the One Net app, you can hold a call, transfer it to another user or turn it into a conference call using the mid-call control options displayed on the screen.

Mid-call control is not available on Android™ tablet and iPad®.
Activating mid-call control
To be able to use mid-call control, you must configure the service first. You can do it by adding a phone number in the One Net app call settings for One Net Mobility.

To configure One Net Mobility settings
- Select

- Select Call settings.
- In Phone number, enter your mobile phone number.
- Select One Net Mobility.
- Select Activate.
- In Call control, select Activate.

To configure One Net Mobility settings
- Select
.
- Select Call settings.
- In iPhone number, enter your mobile phone number.
- Select One Net Mobility.
- Select Active and Call control.
Enabling mid-call control in call transfer settings
To be able to use mid-call control, make sure the Anklopfen aktivieren option for call transfers is inactive.
To deactivate Anklopfen aktivieren
- In One Net Manager, select Anrufdienste.
- In the Anruf weiterleiten row, select Bearbeiten.
- Make sure that the Anklopfen aktivieren option is not selected.
Using mid-call control
When you're on a call, you can put it on hold, switch between an active and a held call or add more participants using options displayed on your screen.

It may take up to 8 seconds before the mid-call control screen appears on your phone.
