Managing My Room conference participants

This feature is available only on Mac® and PC.

If you are the owner of a My Room conference, you can manage the conference participants.

Managing individual participants

As the owner of a My Room conference, you can:

  • See which participant is currently speaking
  • Mute or unmute individual participants
  • Dismiss individual participants from the conference

Managing all participants

As the owner of a My Room conference, you can:

  • Dismiss all participants
  • Mute or unmute all participants
  • Lock or unlock My Room for any additional participants
  • Export the list of all participants
