Using My Room
These buttons are used in My Room on PC and Mac:

Start using My Room

- Select
to open My Room.
- On the right, select Add people.
- Type in the names of the people that you want to add to My Room.
- Select the person that you want to add.
- Select Add.
When you're done, close My Room to end the session.

When you have finished, select > Leave chat to end the session.

Adding and removing people during a My Room session
You can add or remove people from My Room while you are chatting, conferencing or screen sharing.

To add someone to an active My Room session
- On the right, select Add people.
- Type in the names of the people that you want to add.
- Select the person that you want to add.
- Select Add.
To remove someone from an active My Room session
- On the right, right-click on the name of the person you want to remove from My Room.
- Select Dismiss.
To add someone to an active My Room session

- Select the names of people you want to add to My Room and then select
in the top-right corner of the screen.
To remove someone from an active My Room session
- Select and hold the name of the person you want to remove from My Room.
- Select Dismiss.
To add someone to an active My Room session

To remove someone from an active My Room session
- Long swipe left the person you want to remove from My Room.

- Short swipe left the person you want to remove from My Room.
- Select Delete.
Removing access to My Room
On PC and Mac, you can reset the room link to remove access to My Room from the people who have already been invited.
- Right-click
and select Generate New Guest Link.
