Working offline
If there's no internet connection, you can still use the One Net app on PC and Mac®. Some options are available offline. When the One Net app is offline, Network Unavailable is displayed at the top.
In the offline mode, you can:
- Log out
- Find people in your My Contacts list
- Edit your My Contacts list locally
- Find saved contacts from your organisation's directory
- Listen to saved voicemail messages
- View your communication history
- Manage your local preferences, such as language, login, audio and video settings
