Authentication failed - error message

What's the problem?

When I tried to log in to the One Net app, it showed the error message Authentication failed.

Why does this happen?

You see this error message for one of the following reasons:

  • You entered the incorrect username or password.
  • You failed to log in five times and your account is locked for 24 hours.
  • Your registration isn't complete.
