- Yealink SIP-T46S
- Yealink SIP-T48S
Can I use my own desk phone with One Net Business?
You can use your own device with One Net Business if your organisation supports BYOD.
You can connect your existing device to One Net Business using the zero touch provisioning service if the device is one of the models mentioned above. With this service, your device is detected and set up automatically after connecting.
Contact Vodafone and provide the MAC address of the device so that Vodafone can register the MAC address on the vendor redirection server. Once this step is done, reboot your device - it will be automatically redirected to the One Net service.
If your desk phone has been used with another service and the automatic redirection feature is active, you must ensure that the MAC address of the device is removed from the vendor redirection server. Otherwise, your device will be redirected to the wrong service.
Once this step is done, contact Vodafone and provide the MAC address of your device.
Vodafone offers no support for 3rd party phones.
