Welcome to One Net Manager help for administrators

One Net Manager is a self-care web portal that lets you manage your organisation's One Net Business service.

One Net Business provides two levels of administration: enterprise and site. A site administrator manages the users and services for their site. An enterprise administrator oversees the whole organisation and can manage the users and services at any of the sites. Sites can be divided into smaller departments to make them easier to manage. Both enterprise and site administrators can manage departments.

Working as an administrator

As a One Net Business administrator, you're responsible for managing users and services in your organisation.

Managing users

You can add and remove One Net Business users as people join and leave your organisation. Some user services have to be set up by an administrator and you can set up other services on behalf of users.

Managing services

You can set up the services that your organisation needs, such as auto-attendants, hunt groups and pickup call groups.

Managing on-hold music and video

You can improve your callers' experience by playing music or messages if you have to place them on hold. You can play background music so callers are not left in silence, or use the opportunity to deliver informative or promotional messages. If you have the on-hold music service, you can set up your own music or messages to play to callers instead of the default on-hold music.

Managing caller ID settings

Your caller ID is the information that's transmitted when you make a call so the other person can see who's calling them. In the same way, you can see who's calling you when you receive a call. This can help you decide whether to answer the call and how to handle it if you do.
