Welcome to One Net Manager help for administrators

One Net Manager is a self-care web portal that lets you manage your organisation's One Net Business service.

One Net Business provides two levels of administration: enterprise and site. A site administrator manages the users and services for their site. An enterprise administrator oversees the whole organisation and can manage the users and services at any of the sites.

As a One Net Business administrator, you're responsible for managing users and services in your organisation. Here are some articles to get you started.

Managing users

You can add and remove One Net Business users as people join and leave your organisation. Some user services have to be set up by an administrator and you can set up other services on behalf of users.

Managing services

You can set up the services that your organisation needs, such as auto-attendants, hunt groups and pickup call groups.

Managing contacts

You can view your organisation's phone book and add contacts for a site using the common phone list.
