Voicemail portal

About the voicemail portal

The voicemail portal provides a way for you to access your voicemail service. With the voicemail portal, you can, for example, set up personalised greeting messages, retrieve your messages and forward or reply to them.

You can access the voicemail portal using one of the following options:

  • Calling the voicemail portal phone number or extension
  • Dialling the voicemail feature access code
  • Selecting the voicemail button on your desk phone
  • Selecting voicemail in the One Net app

Using a voicemail passcode

You need to enter your voicemail passcode unless you have selected to log in automatically from your own phone or other phones that you've set up as aliases.

Accessing the voicemail portal

You can access the voicemail portal from any phone by dialling the voicemail portal number and logging in.

To call the voicemail portal from your One Net Business phone

  1. Dial the voicemail number provided by your administrator.
  2. Log in using your voicemail passcode.

Alternatively, you can use feature access codes. Dial *62 to access the voicemail menu or *86 to retrieve your voicemail messages.

Note

Use the message button on your snom desk phone.

If you have a snom desk phone, press to dial the voicemail menu.

To call the voicemail portal from any phone

  1. Dial +49 211 91325444.
  2. Log in using your phone number and voicemail passcode.

Voicemail portal menu

When you log in to the voicemail portal, you can manage your voicemail service from the main menu. For example, you can access your messages, record greetings and announcements for your callers or change call forwarding options.

To access voicemail portal main menu

  • After logging in to the voicemail portal, press *.
