Go Integrator is a powerful solution meant for unifying your communication and collaboration services with One Net Business. It lets you integrate with multiple CRM systems or database applications so you have access to all your contacts in one place. Go Integrator also provides unified call control from your desktop, the Presence window and a full range of click-and-dial functionalities.

Standard integration features are:

Caller preview

On an incoming call, when the caller's details match a contact record from one or more of your integrated applications, the caller's name is displayed in the call window.

Contact popping

On an incoming call, when the caller's details match a contact record from one or more of your integrated applications, you can display all these contact details directly in the source application. Contact popping can be automatic or manual.

Contact searching

With Go Integrator, you can access the details of your contacts stored in multiple CRMs and databases - all in one place and at the same time. You can then call the contact directly from the search results.

Call control

Go Integrator provides an intuitive interface for managing incoming and outgoing calls, including making blind and assisted transfers or three-way conference calls.
