UK Requirements for One Net Business applications
Thanks to the Presence window, you can quickly check the availability of your colleagues that have the Go Integrator licence assigned. You can also make calls directly from there. The Presence window is available from the main menu of Go Integrator.
The vertical bar on the left indicates the availability of each contact:

You can add up to 31 contacts to the Presence window.
The Presence window also gives you many sorting and grouping options. For example, you can sort the contacts by name, telephone number or location and group them by department or state.
