You can make a call. |

Pickup |
You can answer a call within your pickup call group. |

Answer |
You can answer a call only using your own device or the One Net app. You can't use this option directly from Go Integrator. |

Hangup |
You can hang up a call. |

Hold |
You can put a call on hold. |

Consult |
You can make an announced (assisted, consulted) transfer. |

Transfer |
You can make an unannounced (blind) transfer. |
Outgoing as |
You can select the outgoing Dialled Number Identification Service (DNIS) presented to the user you are calling. This option is available only for call centre agents. This option is available only in Call Centre Premium. |

Assistance |
