Updates to One Net Feature Management Portal and One Net Small Call Centre
As part of our One Net product refresh, we have updated One Net Feature Management Portal and One Net Small Call Centre for a better user experience.
To access the updated One Net Feature Management Portal and One Net Small Call Centre, use the following new links and log in with your One Net phone number and password.
To open One Net Small Call Centre

Open One Net Feature Management Portal (Link only works on PC or Mac®) >
- From the side menu, select
My numbers.
- From the User features section in the side menu, select
Call Centre > Overview.
To open the One Net Small Call Centre Wallboard
The One Net Small Call Centre Wallboard gives you a high-level overview of your call activity for multiple queues. You can access the Wallboard directly, without logging into One Net Feature Management Portal.
The One Net Small Call Centre Wallboard is suitable for displaying on large screens for long periods of time. The darker colours of the Wallboard help to reduce screen wear.
