Welcome to One Net Mobile Client help

One Net Mobile Client is a website portal that gives you the freedom to manage your One Net devices remotely from any location.

One Net Mobile Client only allows you to set up features that help you manage your calls. Using One Net Mobile Client doesn't change the way you make and receive calls on your mobile phone.

Note

To use One Net Mobile Client you must do the following:

  • Run it on a mobile phone or tablet that uses a Vodafone One Net SIM card and an HTML5 browser.
  • Use your mobile data plan. One Net Mobile Client will not run if you are connected to WiFi.
