Personal hunt groups

You can choose additional numbers or extensions to ring when your number is called. If you are busy on another call or unable to answer, your additional numbers will ring in parallel or sequentially, increasing the chance that the call will be answered.

This service is useful if you would like your mobile phone to ring when you are away from your desk. You might want to deactivate this service when you are at your desk.

Ringing multiple phones

You can choose if you want your numbers to ring simultaneously or in sequence.

Simultaneous ringing

  1. In One Net Mobile Client, select .
  2. Select Parallel.
  3. Select On to enable the feature for your numbers.
  4. Select the numbers you want to ring in parallel.
  5. Select Save.

Sequential ringing

  1. In One Net Mobile Client, select .
  2. Select Sequential.
  3. Select On to enable the feature for your numbers.
  4. Select the numbers you want to ring in sequence. Use the direction arrows to change the order your numbers will ring in sequence.
  5. Select Save.
