Forwarding calls

You can forward calls to colleagues if you are busy or unable to take calls.

In the tab, you have a number of options for forwarding calls:

  • Forward all calls
  • Forward when I don't answer
  • Forward when the phone is busy
  • Forward when I'm unavailable

Setting up call forwarding options

  1. In One Net Mobile Client, select .
  2. For each of the call forwarding options you want to use, do the following:
    1. Select On.
    2. Enter the forwarding number.
    3. Select Save.
