The One Net Small Call Centre Wallboard gives you a high-level overview of your call activity for multiple queues. You can access the Wallboard directly, without logging into One Net Feature Management Portal.
The One Net Small Call Centre Wallboard is suitable for displaying on large screens for long periods of time. The darker colours of the Wallboard help to reduce screen wear.
