Viewing call activity in multiple queues

You can view a high level overview of call activity in different queues using the One Net Small Call Centre Wallboard.

  1. Open the One Net Small Call Centre Wallboard >

  2. Select one or more queues to show.
  3. Select Show wallboard.

Select any of the highlighted areas to see more.

The yellow and red alert colours show data level ranges to meet the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You can change the data level ranges in the call queue settings.
