First steps with One Net for users

What have you got?

Your administrator has given you a One Net phone number, One Net login credentials and has set you up on the One Net service. You also have at least one of the following devices to use with your new service:

  • A One Net mobile phone
  • A One Net SIM
  • A desk phone
  • A PC
  • A headset

The devices' availability depends on your solution

  • The One Net Mobile solution offers mobile phones.
  • The One Net Office solution offers desk phones, conference phones and a range of hardware products.
  • The One Net Business solution offers mobile phones, desk phones, conference phones and a range of hardware products.

First steps with your new desk phone

Your desk phone is installed, set up and ready for you to use. You don't need to set anything up.

First steps with your PC

As a new One Net user, you may need to access a few applications such as One Net Operator Console and One Net Feature Management Portal. You need these applications to manage calls and set up features like voicemail and call forwarding.

First steps with your mobile

Contact your administrator to make sure your One Net service is active and that you have a new One Net SIM card installed in your mobile phone. No additional configuration is required.
