Features to help you manage your calls, including holding calls, parking calls, speed dial and voicemail.

You can dial the number of the last call you answered on your phone by dialling the phone shortcut #182*.
You can dial the number of the last call you didn't answer on your phone by dialling the phone shortcut #1471*.
This feature prevents users from transferring calls to public numbers, outside of the One Net service.
You can put a call on hold and make or answer another call. You can also switch between the active call and the call on hold. You can't put a caller on hold during a conference call.
If you hang up when you've got an active call and a call on hold, the caller who is on hold is reconnected to your device.

You can temporarily park a call while you're carrying out a task such as resolving a customer query. When you are ready to resume the call, you can retrieve it using the same device or pick it up using another phone in a different location.

Short numbers are extension numbers for your mobiles and desk phones. You can call another One Net user by dialling a short number rather than a full number.
Speed dial numbers are two-digit numbers that you can dial instead of full phone numbers or short numbers. You can use your speed dial numbers on any of your devices, including your desk phone or mobile phone, or a device that's running One Net Mobile Client.
