Answering calls

You can answer calls in the following ways.

Note

Active calls limit

You can have up to four active calls. If you make or answer any other call, the operation fails.

To answer a call

  • In the incoming calls area, move the pointer over the call and select Answer.

The call moves to the Active calls area.

To answer a call from a call pop-up

  • Move the pointer over the call and select Answer.

The call moves to the Active calls area.

To put a call on hold

  • In the Active calls area, move the pointer over the call and select Hold call.

To resume a held call

  • In the Active calls area, move the pointer over the call and select Resume call.

To reject a call

  1. In the incoming calls area, select the close button.
  2. In the notification window, select Reject.

One Net Operator Console sends a busy signal to the caller. If the call was in a queue, One Net Operator Console hides the call from view.
