You can answer calls in the following ways.
Active calls limit
You can have up to four active calls. If you make or answer any other call, the operation fails.
To answer a call
In the incoming calls area, move the pointer over the call and select Answer.
The call moves to the Active calls area.
To answer a call from a call pop-up
Move the pointer over the call and select Answer.
The call moves to the Active calls area.
To put a call on hold
To resume a held call
To reject a call
In the notification window, select Reject.
One Net Operator Console sends a busy signal to the caller. If the call was in a queue, One Net Operator Console hides the call from view.
