Managing calls

Your calls are displayed in the All incoming calls and the Active calls areas. You can also filter calls using the queues area of the application.

An active call can show the following information:

  • The caller’s name and number
  • The type of the call: incoming, outgoing or on-hold (indicated by an icon)
  • The status of the call: active, on hold, conference
  • A timer showing the duration of the call
  • Buttons showing the actions you can take for that call
  • A box to enter the extension to transfer the call to
