Receiving call notifications
When the One Net Operator Console is minimised, you will receive notifications about incoming calls. If you select Show popups when the application is minimized from Configuration > Warnings, you will be notified by a popup window every time there's an incoming call. From the notification, you can answer or decline the call. If you don't minimize the notification, the One Net Operator Console icon in the taskbar will keep flashing.
