Managing queues and hunt groups

You can view the queues and hunt groups your administrator has assigned to you. The list is downloaded automatically when you log in toOne Net Operator Console. You can choose which of these you want to monitor.

To select queues and hunt groups to monitor

  1. Select My numbers.

  2. In the My numbers window, select Active for the queues and hunt groups you want to monitor.


    Activating/deactivating queues and hunt groups

    If your administrator hasn't given you adequate permissions, this option will be read-only for you.

  3. Select Close window.
  4. To display a specific queue only, select the name of that queue in the queues navigation area.
