Managing conference calls
To start a conference call, you need to have two active or held calls in the Active calls area. The calls move to a single conference call in the same window. You can add other people to a conference call if you have an active or held call with them.
To start a conference call
- In the Active calls area, holding the SHIFT key, select two calls you want to make into a conference call.
- Select Conference.
To add another caller to a conference call
- In the Active calls area, select another call.

Select Conference.
Conference call limit
A conference call can have a maximum of four participants.
To remove someone from a conference call
- In the Active calls area, select a conference participant.

Select Split. The participant is removed from the conference.
Minimum number of participants
When you remove someone from a conference with three participants, the conference ends and the call continues with the remaining participant.
To hold and resume a conference call
- In the Active calls area, select Hold.
- To rejoin the conference call, select Resume.
To end a conference call
- In the Active calls area, select End.
This ends all the calls in the conference.
