One Net administration

Downloading and opening One Net applications

To use some One Net applications, you must install them on your computer or other device. For each of these installable applications, download and run an installation package on your device.

Other One Net applications are web applications. If you have login credentials, you can open any of these applications by entering an address in a suitable web browser.

Before you download or open an application, make sure your device meets the hardware and software requirements.

When you have logged in, select Management > Call Centre.

Note

To use One Net Mobile Client you must do the following:

  • Run it on a mobile phone or tablet that uses a Vodafone One Net SIM card and an HTML5 browser.
  • Use your mobile data plan. One Net Mobile Client will not run if you are connected to WiFi.
