Administration

One Net administration

Administrator roles

When your organisation adopts One Net, it must appoint one or more people to be administrators. These people are responsible for ensuring that the services are set up and maintained to suit the evolving needs of the organisation overall and the groups and individuals within it.

Note

Vodafone will set up One Net for you and provide training for your administrators.

Two levels of administration

One Net provides two levels of administration: company administration and group administration. A group administrator manages the users and services for their group. A company administrator oversees the whole organisation and can manage the users and services in any group.

About administrator roles

A company administrator oversees the organisation-wide use of One Net service and can act as the group administrator for any of the organisation's groups. The company and group administration roles can be combined if all the users belong to one group or the groups don't need to be managed independently.
