Generating call diagnostics reports

You can monitor your calls by generating call diagnostics reports.

Note

Monitoring calls can slow your system down.

Talk to your administrator to enable this feature.

To generate a call diagnostics report

  1. In Configuration > Call Monitoring, select Generate call diagnostics reports.
  2. If you want to save the reports locally:
    1. In Call reports path, select Browse.
    2. Select the folder for the reports.
    3. Select Select Folder.
  3. If you want to send the reports as an email, in Send reports to, enter the email address.
  4. Select Save.
