Managing the error log

One Net Operator Console records all errors in an error log. To help troubleshoot errors, you can send this error log to the One Net Business team.

To send the error log to the One Net Business team

  1. In the bottom-left corner of the window, select .
  2. Select Send Event log.
  3. Your email client opens a new email, with the error log attached.
  4. Send the email to the One Net Business team.

Email client functionality

To send emails with attachments, One Net Operator Console requires an email client with support for Microsoft's Mail API (e.g. Microsoft® Outlook® or Mozilla® Thunderbird™).
