With One Net Operator Console, you can monitor the call status of company contacts so you can see whether they are available for calls. For personal contacts, the availability is not indicated.
When you expand a company contact entry in the Contacts tab, an icon shows their current status. You can also see the availability of your most frequently-used contacts in the Favourites tab.
